    The supervision mode of "land-sea linkage sea-rail Direct transport" is a new supervision mode of sea-rail combined transport with the characteristics of "intelligent customs transfer, port extension and direct customs transport" designed by Qingdao Customs for the inland ports of the Yellow River Basin in order to promote ecological protection and high-quality development。Under this mode, inland enterprises can directly go through customs formalities in the territory, implement automatic clearance and automatic verification, and realize direct freight transport and direct loading of export goods from inland ports。

    Qingdao Port is the largest foreign trade port in the north of China and an important outlet of the Yellow River basin。As a major node city and strategic fulcrum of maritime cooperation in the new Eurasian Land Bridge economic Corridor bordering Japan and South Korea in the east and countries jointly building the "Belt and Road" in the west, Qingdao Port has the unique value of "double node" of "linking land and sea and mutual benefit between east and west"。Xi 'an Port is the first "inland port" in China to obtain international and domestic double codes.
